Fitness goals

Pre-test:
My pre-test results for the 2.4 km run is 20 mins and 10 secs. The time the girls were supposed to complete the run was 12.54 mins. We also had to do push-ups. For the girls, we had to do 20,
I was unable to do the 20 push up but hopefully, I will be able to do so halfway or at the end of the year.

Fitness goals:
To be able to run the 2.4 km run in or under 12.54
To be able to reach 70 dynamometers on the hand grip
To be able to do 20 push ups

How I will reach my goal:
I will Run after school 3 or more times a week
I will do push-ups after school and after every run
